Brief History
The Mills is situated on Delhi-Hisar National Highway No.-09, near Meham town. Mills was established on 20.12.1988. The crushing capacity of the Mills is 2500 TCD. The area of the Mills is near about 203 Acres. The trial crushing season started on 04.04.1990.
Vision
To work harmoniously for overall progress and prosperity of farmers by paying fair returns to sugarcane, generation of employment, trading activities, and environment-friendly industrialisation.
National Vision Components for Cooperatives
  1. “Sahakar se Samriddhi” (Cooperation to Prosperity for Sugarcane Farmers): Using the cooperative model as a vehicle to bring prosperity to every village and farming household through economic empowerment and self-reliance.
  2. Promotion of the Cooperative-Based Economic Development Model: Encouraging cooperatives to take a lead role in agri-industries, processing, finance, and marketing – thereby ensuring wealth generation at the grassroots.
  3. Doubling Farmers’ Income: Through value addition (ethanol, briquettes, molasses), fair pricing mechanisms, and reducing intermediaries.
  4. Digital Transformation of Cooperatives: Adopting technology and digital platforms like NeML, AgriBazaar, MFMB, NSWS, and ERP systems for transparency and operational efficiency.
  5. Atmanirbhar Bharat (Self-Reliant India): Strengthening local production and reducing imports by promoting indigenous ethanol, green energy, and agro-based clusters.
  6. Green Energy & Sustainability: Establishing ethanol plants, bio-CNG units, and bagasse briquetting aligned with Net Zero Emissions 2070 goal.
  7. Cooperative Modernization and Professionalization: Infusing skilled talent, benchmarks, training, and global best practices.
  8. Youth & Women Empowerment through Cooperatives: Involving rural youth and women in farming, value chains, and decision-making bodies.
  9. Food & Energy Security: Sugar, ethanol, and CBG production from cooperatives contribute directly to India’s long-term food and energy security strategy.

  • Taking advice from The Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd for better performance in technical, financial, and cane development areas.
  • Preparing Cane Development Plans to improve productivity and farmer income from sugarcane crops.
  • Cooperative Sugar Mills have a crushing capacity of 25000 qtls/day.
